We plan to concentrate more heavily on the commercial market for city and state jobs in the future. Our experience has shown that even though the payment is slow in coming, markup is good and the pay is guaranteed, and profits are higher due to lower personnel costs and faster job turnover/completion.

The Business was incorporated in the State of California in April of 2001 by CEO Charles B. Harding. The business operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. for both commercial and industrial purposes. Most construction projects have time constraints, this allows us to be flexible based on our clients needs, depending on weather conditions we always strive to bring our project to closure on time. (our main office is located on Oakland’s main belt line).

The commercial demand for our services is consistent and increasing. We feel that the latter can be improved by more direct involvement with the city. Our customers agree that the quality of our business service is exceptional, and because we are member to the Chamber of Commerce, ICBO, and other community organizations, with many friends in the construction business, we do not anticipate difficulty maintaining good relations with our suppliers and the city. We have made a policy of working safely, accurately and professionally.
