Charles B. Harding was born in Monrovia and lived there until the age of 18. After graduating Cathedral Catholic High School, he matriculated to San Francisco and enrolled at the Lincoln University on Masonic Avenue. There he studied Business Administration with the sole purpose of owning and operating a construction company.

HARDING CONSTRUCTION, INC. operates presently with several sub-contractors. The sub-contractors' duties vary from project to project. We also employ on an as-needed basis. Below is the list of our management team:
